Refurbishment and full modernisation of a Grade II listed property. The works included the excavation and construction of a new basement level, together with a two-storey rear extension, side extension, and conservatory. Finished to an exceptional standard, the project introduced a range of high-end features, including a fitted swimming pool, full AV integration, and smart lighting throughout. The kitchens and bathrooms were completed with bespoke marble detailing and premium joinery, delivering a cohesive sense of luxury across the home.
